Establishment of Senior Civil Judge’s Court at Atmakur in Nellore District :

The Government of AP has sanction for establishment of Senior Civil Judge’s Court at Atmakur, in

SPS Nellore District vide G.O.MS.No.120, LAW(L,L.A & J -HOME (COURTS-A) DEPARTMENT, dated:17.08.2018 as per the report of the District Judge, Nellore and also taking into consideration of the convenience of the litigant public, there is every justification for establishment of a Senior Civil Judge’s Court at Atmakur, and accordingly recommended to the Government, for establishment of Senior Civil Judge’s Court at Atmakur and also the Government was going to issued Orders egarding sanction of staff and other expenditure will be issued separately.This order issues with the oncurrence of Finance (FMU.Home & Law)Department, vide their U.O.No.FIN01-43027/184/2017-SO(FMU, HOME,COURTS))-FIN, Dated: 18-06-2018.
