IMPORTANT POINTS FOR INFORMATION TO THE CANDIDATES
A) As you are aware, on account of overwhelming response to our advertisement, we are arranging this examination in six sessions on three Sundays (2 Sessions on each Sunday) i.e. 08th, 15th & 22nd November 2009. For streamlining the entire process, we have prepared and issued the Call letters in six different colors for each day and each session. Please note, if it is detected later on that a candidate has appeared in the written examination in more than one session, his/her candidature will be cancelled.
B) Candidates are being informed for the written examination in the following sequence.

Mode Details
SMS
Name of the candidate, Date & Time of Examination.
E-mail Registration Number, Roll No, Venue, Date & Time of Examination.
Call letter Registration Number, Roll No, Venue, Date & Time of Examination.& Instruction(By Post “Under Certificate of Posting”)
C) Candidate has to submit the call letter along with the original Cash Deposit Receipt (Challan) or suitable letter from Bank’s branch where fee is deposited (in case original is lost), failing which he/she will not be allowed to write the examination.(MOST IMPORTANT)
D) It is observed that a few candidates have registered more than once. We have filtered those entries as far as possible and call letters has been issued based on the last entry. The corresponding registration number and password related to the last entry has been retained by us for final processing.
E) Candidates have also been informed through their registered e-mail ID, informing their final registration number and password i.e. the one that has been retained by us for final processing.
F) You are aware that the computer recognizes two or more same named persons, with even slight variation, as different entity (viz. Rajasekhar S, Rajasekhar S. and S.Rajasekhar). We therefore do not rule out issuance of more than one call letter to the same candidate. It is also possible that the candidates may have fed different details in different registrations (viz. caste, Date of Birth etc.) while registering on-line.Those candidates, who have received more than one call letter, should staple all those call letters received by them keeping the correct one on top and hand them over to the Invigilators in the examination hall/room alongwith the original Cash Deposit Receipt (Challan).
