Here is good news for the students studying in government junior and aided colleges in the district. The district administration is planning to start free EAMCET coaching in 15 centres from October 1. As most of the parents and students are getting attracted to EAMCET coaching being given for Science group and prefer private junior colleges to secure a good rank in EAMCET entrance test, the district officials have proposed to provide coaching for the students of government and aided colleges in Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore district. The Board of Intermediate Education (BIE) has given permission to launch coaching centres in selected government colleges and provide experienced lecturers in mathematics, physics, chemistry, botany and zoology subjects. According to official sources, 22 government junior colleges, 13 aided junior colleges and four vocational junior colleges are running in the district. In all, 1,211 students are studying in MPC and Bi.PC groups in 35 government and aided colleges.
